So happy you came by!!!!!

 Granddaughter for to her second year of college.

This year she has a apartment.

Couple painting she did your there kitchen .

 Nice job took two days but did by herself

Car is full

 But they got it all.

My husband can pack good

She was full ,glad I do not have to unpack,

The apartment is on the fifth floor .Good  they have a elevator

Oh what fun time ahead for her

Looking forward to see how she does her apartment

Tomorrows a big day for kids starting school a 

University of Minnesota

Hi on a happy note

My glass tower

Things from when I was a tiny person.

I have had many years

The dome is from Mexico

Sometime in the 70'

The glass figure.

My husband work in research

and they had a glass blower

he made it.

Box of memories

 A few things from in the dome Some from when I was young

Bracelet blue from grade school , tennis pin ( my trophy from tennis match )

Ceramic dolls from a Great Aunt ,
Key ring of a tupperware bowl.
Blue pill box.

Two wooden peg dolls ,  Big one from a auction 

Small one My uncle was from Denmark.

His family had a farm over there .

The family sold it ,So from his share of money,

He could not take the money out of Denmark.

That's how I received  the doll.

My age was about 3-4years old.

 My mother saved it in her top drown of the dresser.

I saw my cousin daughter of the uncle.

Told here I would send it her for granddaughter

Love when I know someone read this.

Next post  will be about what I'm been working on

Roses for Lois memory

She loved Rose

In memory

My Sister Lois Ann 

In memory of my sister .....

She left us  last week.

She was the last sister older than me.

She was 82.

She had a stoke.

Very much a surprise.

 A wonderful way to  leave.

 I talked  to her about it.  

 She was okay with leaving.

Her kids sent her off. Very nice.  The way she liked things.

She always liked things to match.  Her earrings and all her outfit matching. 

Very classy.

  They did that for her.

Flowers were mostly Roses... She loved Roses!!!

 Arraignments were put in a roaster and a bread pan she used all the time.

Like her, very creative.

She was married to a man that was a large farmer.

She worked hard. 

She had a nice comfortable life.

I loved her dearly.

Sky Blue Monday

Hi

On a ride home in the car all these hearts in the clouds 

It was a sad day

  My  daughter was moving .

She sold her house and is now moving to a camper till she finds a apartment .

She looking for a job in Minneapolis, 

She now lives in a small town

 but it's a nice town they have allot of extra things for a small town.

 So she is trying to find a job and a new house in Minneapolis.

They will be living from ,7_8 hour drive for us

I see her all most every week  now it will be different

Will miss here a lot , 

 my 3 granddaghters  and my son and allot nieces and nephew live  in Minneapolis ,

 Would love to move but it's too much now

I have alway wanted to move there

The skys where so nice that day we packed and got them in the camper 

Everything is meant to be

 They where in sky  same day

I collect hearts Will be posting more It urn out to be fun happy day

Happy Halloween

Have not felt too creative lately

My granddaughter Jessie got a new apartment

Wants a Spanish dinning room still have one more .Then frame them all

it will be nice

 The had work a wrist cuff .
The denim is from my dads coveralls I found them in the old farm house,washed and making things ,it means a lot to me.
 It must be 90 years old
Button are from a couple gals sell button, once I had a bottom party with them

 When in Portland wanted to do a red and blue cuff so some of the trims are from there

 Made the hat  stand there is s Styrofoam  is covered with dictionary word
, Hat from Spain for my dolls
wood stand is a finial painted  there is a lace hat  I got at a estate sale

Another cuff all the side , One of my hands I collect

I like the looks of bikes

Host fest display

There is a festival here in Minot I do a small display for most holidays
This year I did one for Host Fest. O wanted a painting for easel next to the table.
I got this photo off of Facebook ,it was prefect for the display. I meet Ingrid at host fest many years ago
She has been very sick so thought she would like it also.She was one of the entertainer  ,she has a wonderful singing voice

AT the host fest I help drive the entertainers . From hotel to the festival or where they need a ride. It is a lot of fun. this year I' going to take a  carving class ,I have not carved in  a long time, Going to carve of
Swedish horse.

Been so busy 

Had a wind storm and a lot of our trees came down

The girl just meet they really had fun

Mt Hood /Lavender

To a lavender festival at Mt Hood

This is on the way there .

It was a wonderful ride

The festival

 I cut three bunches

 The vendors .It was So warm I did not even look
I cut my lavender and we left

 We saw these towel at many places

This is some of the pear trees by the road to the lavender fields

Stopped at a great antique mall 

I really wanted that small cabinet on the left side

It was almost time to close when we got there .

What we saw was nice.

Paint class / Bakery Ribbon/ sand

Hope every ones week end was good

mine sure was

I was very busy

Friday went to Portland 

Went to my favorite shop here

 I had to get some ribbon 

for my crazy quilts

And so many ideas

here is a couple

After shopping went to a Sand Building contest

It was amazing 

On the way back  found this 

French Bakery

It was nice and the pastes was good also.

 Stopped to have a glass of wine and they where going to have a painting class.

They called it Pop & Paint

We sat and drank our wine and watch them paint

 here they started
